Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash in Advance (CIA) – Full payment before shipment
Letter of Credit (LC) – Secured payment via banking channels

Terms

New Clients: 50% advance, balance before shipment
Established Clients: Flexible terms based on business history
All payments in the currency stated in the quotation
Bank charges and transfer fees to be borne by the buyer

Standard Delivery Timeline

Processing: 7–10 days
Total Lead Time: ~30 days from order confirmation to shipment
Express Delivery: Available on request (extra charges apply)

Mixed Orders: Allowed with a total of 5 tons combined
